The project involves providing HVAC services for Weakley County Board of Education properties, specifically at Martin Primary School and Gleason School. All interested bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit at Gleason School to obtain precise measurements at each location. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the specified bid number and project description. Proposals may be delivered by hand or by mail to the designated address. All responsible vendors are encouraged to submit a proposal. The project documentation can be obtained from the Department of Finance or downloaded online.
