Sealed bids are requested for the construction of Athletic Field House, Turf Fields, and District Office at 1025 Koser Road, Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Separate bids are sought for General Construction, Heating/Ventilating/Air Conditioning Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bidders must provide a bid security equal to ten percent of the Base Bid amount and all alternates. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent of the contract amount, are required from the successful bidder. All bids must remain valid for sixty days after opening, or up to 120 days if delayed for specified reasons.
