Liquid Asphalt and Fog Sealing CRS-2P Bitumen (Liquid Asphalt) 750 Tons CSS-1H Fog Seal (50% Dilute) 120 Tons All deliveries shall be made within 48 hours of receipt of order. Delivery will be accepted by the City of Yakima Streets Department FOB, destination to the location specified at time of order, between the hours of 4:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, ready for regular and safe operation. Bidder must upload the following documents: Cover Sheet/Signature Page Bid Form Contractors Questionnaire Bidder Responsibility Form Debarment & Suspension Attestation The list above may not be all inclusive.
