Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.

The City of Sparks is seeking an experienced, qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services, including but not limited to price, constructability, and innovation/risk services in collaboration with the City's architect to finalize the design and ultimately construct a new Sparks City Hall using the CMAR delivery method. The project site will be located at 650 Marina Gateway Drive in Sparks, NV. Proposals are to be submitted in writing, sealed, and clearly marked with the specified RFP number. Proposals submitted via the Internet or email will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any proposal or accept the proposal deemed in the City's best interest, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposal process. All potential bidders/responders are responsible for monitoring the City of Sparks Purchasing Division's website for any changes prior to submitting their proposal.
