Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; parking garage; and parking garage.

Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational School District ("Owner" or "District") is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager ("OPM") as defined in M.G.L. c. 149, 44A1/2 and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide OPM Services for the planning, design-build procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of the After Dark Building Project. The Project consists of the construction of an approximately 10,800 sq. ft. workforce development and technical education facility and parking area consisting of approximately 50 parking spaces Designer Fee Negotiated The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
