**As of July 24th, 2026, the project was awarded to O’Grady Paving, Inc with an awarded amount of $2,564,899.60** The work generally includes pavement rehabilitation, minor drainage improvements, and other items as identified. Bids must be submitted on the supplied forms and delivered in a sealed package to the designated location by the specified time. Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery and for all bid preparation costs. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 60 days after opening, except as allowed by code. The engineer's estimated total construction cost is $2,838,828, which serves only as a guideline. Work must be completed within 125 working days after the Notice to Proceed, including bid alternates, with liquidated damages of $4,500 per day for delays. All bidders must possess a valid California class A contractor's license at the time of bidding. Joint ventures must have a joint venture license before award. Bidders and all listed subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of bid submission, unless exceptions apply.
