Caledonia Community Schools is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of equipment and related installation for large venue multimedia and digital signage systems. The systems will be configured and installed to serve classrooms, public spaces, and common areas across multiple facilities within the district, as described. Bids must be submitted in total with required detail for each item and must include all portions of the work identified for the individual bid package as specified. Bids are required to be made on unaltered bid forms included, with all blank spaces filled in, and signed by an authorized legal officer or agent.
