This is a Design through Build completion project creating a separation of a former stage area from the gym at the Kraft Meadows Intermediate School. Contractor is to provide a Design through Build completion project creating a separation of a former stage area from the gym. All submittals and permits are the responsibility of the awarded contractor. Work to be completed after June 16th and be complete as soon as possible as not to push into the school year. Contractor is to provide a Design through Build completion project creating a separation of a former stage area from the gym. a. Demolition and disposal of any structures in the work field b. 6" metal stud wall with (2) layers of impact resistant gypsum, from between the existing proscenium jambs extending tight to the roof (to avoid adding a ceiling in the storage room). c. On gym side FRP paneling to 8 ft.and painted above 8 ft. with Sherwin Williams water based epoxy paint - color TBD. d. 6' set of 45 minute rated double doors with a frame and no mullion. Inclusive of appropriate hardware - District will provide a Medeco core for lock. 2. Project should meet all existing code compliance requirements. 3. All submittals and permits are the responsibility of the awarded contractor 4. Contractor is to effect cleanup at all sites at the end of each day / project area. 5. Work to be completed after June 16th and be complete as soon as possible as not to push into the school year. 6. Contractor shall be responsible for all repairs or damages to School District property caused by his/her equipment, personnel or materials used. 7. Invoicing will be done only on work that has been performed.
