Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charles Town, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 41,000-square-foot municipal facility.
Full building renovation of the Jefferson County Government Center. The county has contracted separately for numerous scopes in the project. Make sure to look at the bid documents for a total breakout of responsibilities in the project. The drywall partitions, Falk Built panels, casework, HM Frames and wood doors are some of the items that are provided by the owner. All bidders must have a valid WV Contractors License. - All state and federal taxes must be included in your bid. - Provide a breakout for the 2% B&O tax requirement. - There is no requirement for wage rates or MBE. - See the 011000-Summary of Work spec for further requirements. RFI's due 7-15-2026, 3PM *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
