SR 155-A08 - Preliminary Design Project Description: This part consists of the Preliminary Design for the replacement of the bridge carrying SR 155 (BMS# 42-0155-0020-0549) over Branch Portage Creek in Liberty Township, McKean County. The roadway is classified as a Rural Minor Collector with a current ADT less than 900. The existing structure is a steel pipe-arch culvert built in 1956 and has a 10 foot structure length and a 64.2 foot structure width. The speed limit is 55 mph. Half-width construction with temporary signals (3 units) is anticipated for Traffic Control but will need to be evaluated during preliminary design. Required services will include but not be limited to: Project Management (Administration/Scheduling/Meetings), Surveys, Line/Grade/Typical Sections, Cross Sections, Utility Coordination, H&H analysis, Final T.S. & L Plans, SEPS and Structure Borings, Waterway Permit, Preliminary Right-of-Way Plans, Preliminary M.P. & T Plans, Design Field View Package, Erosion and Sedimentation Plan/Narrative. Department will complete the environmental documents with supplemental information provided by the consultant. SR 155-A08 - Final Design Project Description: This part consists of the Final Design for the replacement of the structure carrying SR 155 (BMS# 42-0155-0020-0549) over Branch Portage Creek as described under Part 1. Required services will include but not be limited to: Project Management (Administration/Scheduling/Meetings), Supplemental Surveys, Roadway Design/Plans/Constructability Review Coordination, Cross Sections, Utility Engineering, Final Right-of-Way Plan, Final Structure Foundation Report, Final Structure Plans, Traffic Control Plan, Utility Relocation Plan, and P.S. & E package preparation. SR 4002-A01 - Preliminary Design Project Description: This part consists of the Preliminary Design for the preservation of the bridge carrying SR 4002 (BMS# 52-4002-0012-0000) over Allegheny River, Coudersport Borough, Potter County. The roadway is classified as a Rural Local with a current ADT less than 700. The existing structure is a steel grider/floorbeam bridge built in 1959 and has a 75 foot structure length. The speed limit is 35 mph. Half-width construction with temporary signals is anticipated for Traffic Control but will need to be evaluated during preliminary design. Required services will include but not be limited to: Project Management (Administration/Scheduling/Meetings), Surveys, Line/Grade/Typical Sections, Cross Sections, Utility Coordination, H&H analysis, Final T.S. & L Plans, SEPS and Structure Borings, Waterway Permit, Preliminary Right-of-Way Plans, Preliminary M.P. & T Plans, Design Field View Package, Erosion and Sedimentation Plan/Narrative.
