The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector requires rental, servicing, and maintenance of portable restrooms and handwash stations at stations, checkpoints, and remote locations throughout the Tucson Sector. Services include delivery, setup, cleaning, restocking, black/gray water removal, and emergency response, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform sector-wide portable restroom and handwash station rental, servicing, and maintenance. This includes providing the required quantity and type of portable restrooms and handwash stations at identified locations, performing routine and emergency servicing, coordinating delivery, pickup, relocation, and replacement of units as required, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Quotes shall include a completed and signed SF 1449, a completed Pricing Schedule, a technical narrative describing capability and approach to meet all requirements in the SOW, any additional required representations and certifications, and acknowledgment of any solicitation amendments. Quotes will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, price reasonableness, and responsibility.
