The preliminary Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) or construction cost is of the Project is estimated at $8,400,000. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances. The Design Professionals services are anticipated to commence by Fall, 2026 with construction documents anticipated for completion in Fall, 2027. The start of construction is contingent on the availability of funding. (All of the dates above are estimates which are subject to change).
