The purpose is to obtain sealed proposals for plumbing repair services for the Christina School District. The objective is to identify a vendor or vendors and execute a contract for these services. The contract may be issued to perform plumbing repair services throughout the district, and multiple awards may be made if it is advantageous to the district. Proposals will be evaluated based on multiple factors, and the district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, make multiple or partial awards, or award by types, items, or lump sum total. The contract period will be for three years, with the possibility of renewal for two additional one-year periods through negotiation. The contract may also be extended on a month-to-month basis for up to three months after the term of the full contract is completed.
