Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Cochrane, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This request for proposal invites qualified bidders to provide design-build proposals to replace the deteriorating water line from the municipal wells to Water Plant Road. The work involves replacing approximately 110 meters of 150mm diameter (assumed cast iron) pipe, 125 meters of 250mm diameter cast iron pipe, and 40 meters of 300mm diameter PVC pipe. The exact quantities will be confirmed during the design phase. The successful proponent will be responsible for all design, engineering, fabrication, supply, construction, and associated works necessary to complete the selected scope in accordance with contract documents and applicable standards. A detailed description of the required work is provided in Section 6 - Scope of Work and Specifications. Bidders must submit their proposals online.
