Description

Demolition and renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Cochrane, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

The scope of work includes demolition, excavation, construction, fabrication, supply, and installation of new exterior concrete stairs, a concrete ramp, landings, foundations, handrails, guardrails, some interior work, and the replacement of the front door, front window, and front exterior cladding in the first year. The second year will focus on roof replacement, installation of new exterior cladding on the north, east, and south elevations, replacement of two man doors and all windows, overhead door frames, and completion of electrical work.
