Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pellston, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose is to seek qualified flooring contractors to remove existing hallway carpeting and adhesives, and install a new epoxy flooring finish at Pellston Middle/High School. The work includes removing existing carpet, cove base, and adhesives using chemicals or an approved shot blast preparation to provide a finished surface for new epoxy flooring as selected by the district. Proposals must be received by the designated closing time and delivered, mailed, or emailed to Pellston Public Schools. Late proposals will not be accepted. An original and one copy are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the project. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities or irregularities. Proposers may not withdraw proposals for ninety days from the opening date. A site visit to verify site limitations, layout, and conditions is highly recommended but not mandatory.
