Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Pellston, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Construction of a 150,000-gallon waterspheroid style, elevated water tank with appurtenances, standby generator, associated utilities including 12-inch diameter watermain, overflow lagoon, site improvements and other ancillary items to provide a completely functioning system. Project subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates and BABA compliance. The warranty bond must be in a bond amount of [number--either 10, 15, or other] percent of the final Contract Price.
