Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lairdsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Perform approximately 10,560 SY of Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) Chemical Stabilization (Cement); provide approximately 318 Tons of Portland Cement; furnish and place approximately 10,560 SY of Asphalt Prime Material Reclamation; furnish and place approximately 10,560 SY of Asphalt Prime Material Seal Coat; furnish and place approximately 10,560 of Asphalt Seal Coat Double Application Material; perform 1 each mix design and perform 1 each mobilization. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies to project; wage rates will be provided.
