Description

Renovation of an office development in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Installation of two doorways to access elevator pits in Portage I, garage level for maintenance and access. New doors shall follow code regulations based on the latest CSA-B44. Concrete wall shall be sawcut and coordinated with the door opening size. Structural analysis is required to confirm if any remedial detail is required. Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
