Furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for 2026-2027 CIPP Sanitary Sewer Improvements, including installation of 516 LF of 8" VCP with associated bypass pumping, 2222 LF of 15" RCP with associated bypass pumping, 1934 LF of 18" RCP with associated bypass pumping, 625 LF of 21" RCP with associated bypass pumping, 640 LF of 27" RCP with associated bypass pumping, 451 LF of 30" RCP with associated bypass pumping, 14 each 4" sewer laterals 3', 2 each 6" sewer laterals 3', traffic control, mobilization, and related items. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must be submitted through Surety 2000. The successful bidder must be a responsible contractor as defined by Minnesota Statutes. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Owner. This project generally consists of supplying certain specified materials, equipment, and labor to perform CIPP Lining of Sanitary Sewer lines within the City of Apple Valley Direct inquiries to the Project Engineer, Jodie Scheidt, at (952)953-2426 or Jodie.Scheidt@applevalleymn.gov . No bidder questions will be addressed after 10:00 am on Friday, July 3, 2026.
