Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project involves the construction of approximately 1,885 linear feet of Village urban section roadway, the reconstruction of approximately 1,050 linear feet of State Highway, and 445 linear feet of County Highway, along with associated earthwork. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of approximately 237 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 1,000 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and 2,455 linear feet of storm sewer; placement of approximately 5,415 cubic yards of concrete pavement and 2,530 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement; installation of approximately 7,770 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter and 21,885 square feet of concrete sidewalk; construction of asphaltic multi-use path; clearing, grubbing, and tree removal; implementation of erosion control measures; traffic control; pavement markings; restoration of disturbed areas; and all miscellaneous appurtenances necessary to complete the construction. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Mukwonago reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Pre-qualification: Required. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to Village of Mukwonago at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to Village of Mukwonago equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to Village of Mukwonago as liquidated damages.
