Description

Contractors shall repair, maintain, install, reset, remove, and replace fencing as directed. When replacing fencing, unless otherwise specified, the contractor shall use new materials in the same location. Contractors may be requested to provide services at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Work must be done expeditiously and continuously until completion, followed by inspection and approval by a designated representative. All work must be performed in a workmanlike manner. Breach of any requirements will be cause for removal from the program at the sole discretion of the Chief of Housing and Dangerous Buildings or the Code Enforcement Manager. Temporary fencing contractors shall provide and install temporary cyclone fencing as needed, made of six-foot-high panels and appurtenances. Upon request by the appropriate city division, the contractor and all temporary fencing components must arrive at the location within 90 minutes unless otherwise directed.
