This project consists of renovation work within multiple residential buildings at the Veterans Development 200-1 complex in Westborough, Massachusetts. The work includes improvements to existing bathroom spaces, associated building systems, and related interior components. The project involves selective removal and replacement of existing finishes, fixtures, and building elements, as well as upgrades to building infrastructure that supports the renovated areas. All work shall be coordinated to minimize disruption to building occupants and maintain safe, functional conditions throughout construction. General bidders must agree to contract with minority, women and veteran-owned business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO). The participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 6% MBE, 6.2% WBE and 3% VBE for all state and state-assisted construction projects over $150,000. Sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the WESTBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY.
