Proposals are solicited from qualified parking garage management firms to operate and manage the Civic Center Parking Garage at 171 W. Hedding Street, San José, CA, including the pedestrian overcrossing and stairways. The selected operator must provide efficient, courteous, and secure parking services while maximizing revenue and maintaining compliance with County policies and applicable laws. The scope of work includes: operational management to ensure safety and functionality, traffic control to maximize vehicle throughput and minimize congestion, revenue control for transparent and accurate collection, maintenance and technical support for facility systems and equipment, optional security services, compliance and reporting in line with regulatory and County requirements, and development of a marketing plan to support revenue-generating opportunities. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the County’s E-sourcing system. Submissions by mail, email, or fax will not be accepted and may be deemed nonresponsive.
