The Project generally consists of the following: • Frisbie Middle School: This project consists of a new gymnasium building (Building G), new outdoor amphitheater seating, new basketball courts and replacing existing d.g. track with rubberized track and synthetic field, including all associated sitework, accessible parking, path of travel upgrades, ramp replacements and required site utilities. • Kolb Middle School: This project consists of a new gymnasium building (Building G), new softball field and replacing existing d.g. track with rubberized track and synthetic field, including all associated sitework, accessible parking, EV parking, path of travel upgrades, ramp replacements and required site utilities. The Conceptual Drawings for the Project will be made available to contractors that register with the District as described in Part C of the main body of this RFQ/RFP. The District presently intends that the Project Contractor: (i) shall commence the preconstruction services on or about a date to be determined as agreed; (ii) shall commence construction of the Project on or about December 18, 2026, and (iii) shall fully and satisfactorily complete construction of the Project not later than March 19, 2028. Subject to adjustments of time in accordance with the LLB Agreements, the Project Contractor shall be responsible for procuring all materials and equipment, and performing all labor, services and other things, as necessary to meet the foregoing milestone dates.
