Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Naval Air Station Jrb, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

The 136th Airlift Wing requires the installation of an HVAC system, along with associated utility infrastructure and building modifications, to support humidity-controlled requirements of building 1678. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to complete the project as specified. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond (SF 24) with their quote submission. To obtain installation access, interested parties must submit a request for attendance no later than 2:00 PM CT on June 23, 2026, to 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil. THE GOVERNMENT'S TARGET PRICE RANGE FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $130,000 AND $185,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
