Site work for an educational facility in Butler, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

This project involves the installation of new pedestal signal supports and solar-powered Type I school zone signing along East Locust Street and static post mounted signing along St Mary Street, including traffic control and all associated restoration, complete in place. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the words “BUTLER CATHOLIC SCHOOL ZONE FLASHERS.” Performance, Maintenance, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance and Certificates of Workman’s Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement upon acceptance of the Proposal from the successful Bidder. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder’s Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the City of Butler in an amount equal to ten percent of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within fifteen days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive, and qualified Bidder for the listed work based on the total bid submitted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in the Proposal.
