Description

Site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Butler, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 3,200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.

Sealed proposals will be received for site work for a 40' x 80' cold storage building at 502 Bonniebrook Road, Butler, PA 16002. A pre-bid meeting is required at the site location. Prevailing wage rates apply. Liquidated damages are set at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality. For third-class cities, the bid must include a certified check or bid bond amounting to 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality; for other municipal types, it is at the municipality's discretion. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract within 20 days after the award. Summit Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and make the award in the best interest of the township.
