Remodeling of an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The project consists of the remodel of the existing structure attached to the existing greenhouses. The remodel includes new roof trusses and roofing materials, new exterior wall finishes including weather barrier, insulation and metal panels. The interior remodel includes a new office and restrooms including plumbing fixtures and interior finishes and mechanical and electrical systems. A new concrete entrance slab, ramp and steps including railings and concrete paving, and hydroseeding are also part of the scope. Bidders and sub-bidders having questions, requiring clarification, interpretation or any RFIs (Request for Information) regarding the procurement documents shall make a written request via email to Jenna Brown at QC10 Architects at jenna@qc10architects.com, with a copy to Troy Decker at troy.decker@scsd2.com. Interpretations, corrections, and changes of the contract documents shall be made by Addendum no later than June 30, 2026.
