Atherton & Blue Course / Clinton - Traffic Signal and ADA Upgrades The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of the curb radius on the southwest quadrant to match the roadway edge and updates to the northwest and southwest curb ramps. Additional upgrades include traffic signal work as outlined under the Green Light Go scope of work, including the replacement of 3 mast arms and associated traffic signal equipment. The Work will be substantially complete on or before April 1. 2027 ; Final completion- May 1, 2027. Instructions to bidders require that bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents must be submitted via PennBid; telephone inquiries are unacceptable. Bidders must comply with all State antibid-rigging regulations and submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date.
