Site work and paving for a road / highway in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the 26-03 Street Resurfacing project. The work includes approximately 19,197 square yards of milling and 2,265 tons of scratch and wearing course asphalt, covering portions of Hospital Dr, Buchenhorst Rd, Penbrook Ln, Lexington Cr, Shawn Cr, and Heather Cr. Bidders must submit bids on the forms provided, in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project. Each bid must include a Bid Security of 10% of the bid amount made payable to College Township, along with an Anti-Collusion Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification, and an Affidavit accepting provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. Bidding documents are available electronically or in person during office hours. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Questions relating to this request for bid proposal shall be referred to Amy J. Kerner , P.E. , Public Works Director , by email at akerner@collegetownship.org . Questions must be received by noon on June 3, 2026. Any addenda will be issued to all plan holders . Bidder is required to acknowledge receipt of all addenda by number and date on the bid cover sheet .
