Sealed proposals are requested for the Calder Way Improvements Project - Design Engineering Services (SS4A). Proposals must be addressed and delivered to the Borough Manager and clearly marked as such. The Borough will review all proposals, may request interviews with proposers, and will select the professional or firm deemed most qualified to provide consulting services for the project. The award will be made to the responsible individual or firm with the most advantageous proposal, at the discretion of the State College Borough Council. The Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to hold proposals for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the opening date before making a decision. Questions shall be submitted to the Borough in writing prior to the beginning of the pre-proposal conference. Any questions that cannot be answered at the pre-proposal conference will be answered in writing by May 15, 2026.
