Site work, paving and renovation of a road / highway in West Memphis, Arkansas. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for the renovation of a road / highway.
The work consists of approximately 12,300 feet of asphalt street overlay and related work. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the 2026 Street Overlay Program for the City. The work includes the milling and resurfacing of designated roadway segments as identified in the project plans and bid schedule. The Contractor shall perform 1.5-inch cold milling of the existing asphalt pavement surface and place a 1.5- inch hot mix asphalt (HMA) overlay on the milled surface for all streets included in the program. The work shall also include pavement preparation, tack coat application, asphalt placement and compaction, adjustment of utility castings as necessary, and all associated work required to provide a complete and finished project. The streets included in this project are listed in the project schedule and include, but are not limited to: N 17th Street S 8th Street Goodwin Avenue E McAuley Drive Scottwood Street E Barton Avenue Wilson Road E Madison Avenue Belvedere Drive (Left Lane) Clement Road S 2nd Street S 7th Street Tilden Rodgers Sports Complex S 19th Street S 10th Street S 11th Street S 15th Street Award is subject to final approval.
