Site work and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in West Memphis, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Replacement of a failing 48-inch metal pipe with a new 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe, including placement of pipe and backfill of an open trench area. The work consists generally of removing a section of CMP stormwater drainage pipe and replacing this pipe with a reinforced concrete pipe. Included in this work for the site will be pavement demolition and replacement, curb demolition and replacement, and replacement of the existing stormwater culvert, and all other necessary and related work to complete the project as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.
