Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Barre, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Replacement of suspended walkways and installation of new segments, replacement of fixed ladders and stop log frame/cover assemblies. Exterior modifications include replacement of a retaining wall, sampling platform stairway, and guardrail modifications. Set-asides: 7% MBE, 3% WBE. The work includes but is not limited to: Conducting all necessary site preparation and execution of interior and exterior work. Interior work includes replacement of the existing suspended walkways, installation of two new segments of suspended walkway, replacement of an existing fixed ladder and replacement of existing embedded stop log frame and cover assemblies within the Well Room in the Intake Building. Exterior modifications include replacement of the existing retaining wall between the Intake and Service Buildings, replacement of the existing sampling platform stairway and modifications to the existing guardrail adjacent to the Intake Building.
