This contract includes three projects located in the Bulldog and Snowcap Grazing Allotments. Each project involves constructing small fence sections, each 0.5 miles or less in length. The purpose of these fences is to implement the project level decision and execute the livestock grazing strategy by creating effective boundaries. Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ supporting documents included in SAM.gov and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation. Hard-copy originals are not required. Quotations that are incomplete or fail to address all RFQ requirements may be deemed non-responsive. The fence line sections shall be constructed according to Forest Service specifications. Steel posts that are still in sound condition, including intact paint, may be reused. All wire and wood posts shall be replaced. The project areas are primarily forested, so clearing shrubs, trees, and snags will be required. The contractor shall provide all labor, disposal of old/used material, new fencing materials meeting required specifications, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidental supplies necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
