Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace tower windows and roofing systems at a U.S. Coast Guard facility. Work includes removal and replacement of existing tower windows and roof components in accordance with the Statement of Work, ensuring all installations meet applicable construction standards, specifications, and safety requirements. The project requires completion of all associated construction activities, including proper disposal of removed materials and coordination of work to maintain facility operations. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit to fully assess existing conditions and ensure an accurate and compliant quotation, and all work shall be performed to deliver a complete and functional replacement of the tower window and roofing systems. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
