Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a 10 foot wide pathway on the east side of the Idaho Canal from about 1,200 feet south of Sunnyside Road to the storm pond located in The Meadows Subdivision, along with any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Separate sealed BIDS for the project will be received by the City of Idaho Falls. Complete project bidding documents may be examined and purchased via QuestCDN or at the office of the Public Works Department. Bids received from bidders not on the official Plan Holders List will be deemed non-responsive. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
