Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 4,630-square-foot municipal facility.
The project consists of the expansion of an existing solid waste transfer station facility. The expansion will include construction of a new administration building, three 52-foot concrete deck weighing scales, removal and replacement of one existing 70-foot concrete deck weighing scale, and two 12-foot by 28-foot scale houses. The project also includes site demolition and disposal of curb and gutter, existing scale, and existing office facility. Additional work includes site grading, storm sewer, water and sewer utilities, curb and gutter, sidewalks, site paving, site security, traffic control, signage, lighting, landscaping and related improvements. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing and must be received by no later than 5:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday July 14, 2026.
