This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits a consultant team to provide community engagement services (Project) to develop and implement a community engagement approach and materials to support the implementation of the Sacramento Urban Forest Plan (SUFP). The development of the community engagement approach and materials requires technical arboriculture and planning expertise and experience effectively engaging diverse audiences, facilitating meetings, and developing educational materials. Consultants should have experience engaging a range of audiences including, but not limited to, City staff, community members, business owners, property owners, and public agencies on technical urban forestry or related topics. A successful team will have experience bridging connections between the City and communities historically disconnected from City engagement.
