Reference Number 0000427698 The HVAC contractor shall furnish and install all necessary equipment and labor to provide a complete and operative HVAC system in all respects and in compliance with all applicable codes as indicated in these specifications and shown on the accompanying HVAC drawings. This work shall include but not be limited to the following: 1. Removal of existing 2-ton and 5-ton split system air handlers, hydronic coils and electric heater coil. 2. Removal of 2-ton outdoor compressor/condensing unit. 5-ton attic compressor/condensing unit, refrigerant, refrigerant piping and ductwork. 3. Removal of hydronic piping, zone valves and associated accessories to hydronic coils. 4. Removal of system thermostats and control wiring. 5. Disposal of removed equipment and debris off site at your expense. 6. Furnish and install new 2-ton and 5-ton split system heat pump systems with hydronic coils. 7. Furnish and install new interconnecting supply and return ductwork. 8. Furnish and install new system thermostats, zone valves and control wiring. 9. Removal of existing compressor/condenser's, air handler's, electric coil circuitry and all associated appurtenances back to electric panels. 10. New electric feeds to air handlers and heat pump units from existing electrical panels. 11. New attic mechanical room lights and service receptacle. 12. New exterior service receptacle for outdoor heat pump units. 13. All cutting, patching and painting associated with HVAC and electrical work. See interior contractors scope of finish work.
