The Village is seeking interested and qualified contractors to replace twenty (20) existing windows located on the second floor of the Village Hall Building. Contractors must provide all labor (NYS prevailing wage), materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to complete the project. Specific Work Includes: Removal of twenty (20) existing windows on the second floor. Installation of twenty (20) new retrofit windows. Compliance with all applicable building codes. Safe removal and disposal of all debris and protection of interior and exterior surfaces during work. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all pertinent federal regulations. The lowest qualified bidder meeting the requirements of the RFP will be awarded the bid.
