Renovation of a municipal facility in Nyack, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Village is seeking interested and qualified contractors to replace twenty (20) existing windows located on the second floor of the Village Hall Building. Contractors must provide all labor (NYS prevailing wage), materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to complete the project. Specific Work Includes: Removal of twenty (20) existing windows on the second floor. Installation of twenty (20) new retrofit windows. Compliance with all applicable building codes. Safe removal and disposal of all debris and protection of interior and exterior surfaces during work. Question Deadline 12/29/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Any interested party may submit written questions regarding this RFP and the proposed services by email to administrator@nyack.gov All bids must meet the requirements of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and all other applicable federal, state and local statutes. This project is funded by NYSERDA. Strict compliance with all Federal Labor Standards is mandatory. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all pertinent federal regulations. The lowest qualified bidder meeting the requirements of the RFP will be awarded the bid. Statement of Non-Collusion: Bidders on the Contract are required to execute non-collusion bidding certificates pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Bidders shall submit a copy of their NYS DOL Certificate of Contractor Registration with the bid documents. Please take further Notice that The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all portions of the proposal, and to re-advertise for same, should the best interest of the Village. The Village also reserves the right to reject any proposal that is informal, or waive any informality in the bidding document. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
