Renovation of a municipal facility in Nyack, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Question Deadline 08/08/2025 Specifications which will be mailed by registered mail to all prospective bidders (at the respective address furnished for such purposes) not later than three (3) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The work includes the removal of an existing indoor and outdoor mechanical unit with corresponding mount and the installation of a new mechanical HVAC unit with corresponding mount in each location. Make Check payable to the Town of Clarkstown. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all bids and proposals must be accompanied by a Statement of Non-Collusion in conformity with requirements of Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law. The Town Board reserves the unrestricted right to accept or reject any and all bids to waive informalities therein.
