The Prefabricated Modular Construction Manufacturer is expected to perform work in accordance with the provided drawing. The candidate's proposed scope of services should include, but is not limited to, each item listed below. Please provide a narrative of your approach to providing the services below, and explicitly identify any additions or exclusions. When appropriate, include the number of meetings, site visits, etc., and any other pertinent descriptions that clearly identify services included in the proposal. Workforce housing has been at the forefront of the goals of the Board of Education for many years. ASD currently has a robust staff housing program, however the high cost of living within ASD boundaries, and neighboring communities, has driven the Board to continue to reach housing inventory goals to attract and retain high quality staff. In order to meet the housing needs of ASD, three (3) new apartment units (two 2-bedroom units and one 3-bedroom unit) are to be built using prefabricated modular construction. ASD was successful in passing a $95M bond in 2021 for deferred maintenance and staff housing acquisition. As that bond program closes out, the Board of Education decided to place another bond measure on the ballot in 2025 for $95M, which was also successful with the voters. A portion of the 2025 Bond program funds will be used for staff housing acquisition and the construction of new staff housing.
