The City of Aspen is seeking early contractor involvement during design to improve constructability, cost certainty, schedule reliability, and risk management, with the potential to negotiate a Construction Agreed Price (CAP) and proceed to construction. The City is currently under contract with Engineering Operations (eO) for design of the bridge replacement. The City intends to select a CM in time to review feasibility of 30% design and provide cost estimates in approximately August-September 2026.
