Reference Number 0000431272 Pitkin County is qualifying interested parties for the provision of Data Center Chiller Replacement Project located at 506 East Main Street, Aspen, CO 81611. The existing data center chiller is located on the rooftop of the Jail facility. The project will be staged and accessed through 485 Rio Grande Place, Aspen, CO 81611. - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Questions and requests for clarification will only be accepted via email at procurement@pitkincounty.com. Pitkin County is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to remove and replace the existing Data Center Chiller located at the Pitkin County Jail Facility. The work shall include all required mechanical , electrical, controls, testing, commissioning, and related work necessary for a complete and operational chiller replacement system. The project shall be completed in accordance with the attached Data Center Chiller Mechanical Construction Documents (Exhibit A) and Electrical Construction Documents (Exhibit B).
