Site work and paving for a civil project in Cleveland Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Furnish and place approximately 154 tons of 19mm asphalt, install approximately 60 linear feet of pipe, and perform approximately 1500 linear feet of ditch cleaning. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
