Question Response Deadline: July 2, 2026, 5:00am The WCW Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids for the work and waive any irregularity in bids received. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check or a cashier's check, payable to the order of West County Wastewater, for a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the proposal total as set forth in the Schedule of Bid, or a bidder's bond in the same amount executed as surety by a corporation acceptable to WCWand authorized to issue such surety bond in the State of California. Such bond shall be in substantial conformity with the form included as "Bidder's Bond". Payment of the proposal security in cash is not acceptable.
