The scope includes the removal and replacement of windows and vinyl siding across two (2) public housing sites. This project must be executed as a single, synchronized effort. The selected Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and professional supervision required to ensure a high-quality, timely completion. As these are occupied public housing units, the Contractor must prioritize resident safety, minimize operational disruptions, and maintain a secure site environment throughout the project duration. All project sites are located within the City of Lumberton, NC 28358. This project involves work across a total of two (2) developments.
