Construction is expected to begin in October 2026 and be completed in October 2027. The project is included in the City’s FY 2026–2035 Capital Improvement Program. Salisbury Regional Park is a 91-acre property centrally located within the community. It was acquired by the Town in 2009 for park and open space purposes and is zoned Public Facilities. A Salisbury Park Master Plan was approved in 2014, and a Phase 1 Site Plan was approved in 2025.
